But if you ned 1-3 chair go with lazyboy so you will be able match more easily
Go for thx seat if you need more 3 of same chair will be easier and cheaper to get more of the same chair

To be honest, the biggest advantages of home theater seating are those that you've already listed. This is, of course, entirely a matter of opinion, though. The other advantage is styling. If you're putting together a media room or family room, you may be better off with a nice couch or regular recliners because they look more homey. If you're building a dedicated theater room, however, the added touch of theater-style seating can really set the room apart as something special.

The only advantage I've ever heard of, was that most home theater seating is low backed, like a club chair. This allows you to hear the direct sound coming from your rear speakers instead of just bouncing off the back of the lazy boy. Don't know if that makes it worth it, but there you go.
